Welcome to The Accessory Bar ("TAB," "we," "us," or "our"), accessible at theaccessorybar.ae. By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before shopping with us.

1. About Us

The Accessory Bar is a jewellery brand based in the United Arab Emirates, offering 316L stainless steel, IP gold-plated jewellery with cubic zirconia stones. All prices on our website are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED).

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products and Descriptions

  • We make every effort to display our products, colours, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting during photography.
  • All jewellery is made from 316L stainless steel with professional gold plating and cubic zirconia stones, as stated on individual product pages. We do not sell solid gold or precious metal items unless explicitly stated.
  • Product availability is subject to change without notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in AED and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation apply to that order.
  • Payment must be completed in full at checkout via our accepted payment methods, as displayed on our website at time of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or payment issues.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer free delivery within the UAE on orders above AED 300. Orders below this threshold incur a delivery fee as shown at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to courier or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. TAB is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

6. Exchanges and Returns

  • Unworn, unused items in their original packaging may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Please retain proof of purchase.
  • To initiate an exchange, contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM with your order number.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage not covered under our tarnish guarantee, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for exchange.
  • Exchanges are processed as store credit or a replacement item, at the customer's preference, subject to availability.

7. Tarnish-Free Guarantee

  • All TAB pieces are made with 316L stainless steel and professional gold plating, designed to resist tarnishing under normal wear.
  • If a TAB piece tarnishes, fades, or discolours within 12 months of the original purchase date under normal wear conditions, we will replace it free of charge.
  • This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, exposure to harsh chemicals, physical damage, or normal wear beyond the stated warranty period.
  • To claim under this guarantee, contact us with your order number and photos of the affected item.

8. Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)

Where available, BNPL payment options (such as Tabby or Tamara) are provided by third-party financial service providers. Your use of these services is subject to that provider's own terms and conditions, which are separate from TAB's Terms of Service. TAB is not responsible for decisions made by BNPL providers regarding credit approval or transaction processing.

9. Discount Codes

Discount codes are single-use per customer, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. TAB reserves the right to modify or withdraw discount codes at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs — is the property of The Accessory Bar and is protected by applicable UAE intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, The Accessory Bar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
