Our Policy

We want you to love your jewelry. If something isn't right, you have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

What's Eligible

Items can be returned if:

  • They are undamaged, and in original packaging
  • All tags are still attached
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or email)

What's Not Eligible

  • Earrings and ear cuffs (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or engraved pieces
  • Sale items marked 'final sale'
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage

How to Return

  1. Email info@mytiyabi.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send return instructions and a pickup arrangement (UAE only) or return address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. UAE bank transfers process in 3–5 business days; international cards may take 7–14 business days depending on your bank.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it free of charge.
